1. Confirmation of Booking:
   • Barcelona-Y-Daytrips reserves the right to confirm the booking only after receiving full payment as specified in the invoice and ensuring that all relevant information has been provided by the client.
   • The booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the full payment and completion of all required information.
2. Amendments and Cancellations:
   • Any amendments or cancellations to the booking are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

   • The client is responsible for identifying and paying for any additional items or services that may be required during the tour or day trip.
   • Any costs associated with additional items or services that are not explicitly included in the itinerary or booking confirmation will be the client’s responsibility.

At Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to request a change to your booked tour date. Please review the following information regarding date changes:

1. Initiating a Date Change Request:
   • Any request to change the tour date must be initiated by email.
   • Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com must acknowledge the date change request via email.
   • Please note that date change notifications made by phone will not be accepted.
2. Date Change Policy:
   • The date change policy at Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com is dependent on when the change request is received at our email address.
   • Up to 7 Days Before the Tour Date:
     • The first change request is free of charge.
     • Subsequent change requests will be subject to a fee of 50 euros per request.
     • The availability of alternative dates/times will depend on the Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com team’s availability.
     • If the requested new date is not available, Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com reserves the right to cancel the booking.
     • In such cases, the entire booking fee will be refunded to the client within 10 working days through the same payment method used for the services.

If we couldn’t agree on another time for the tour or we couldn’t provide a substitute, the refund based on mentioned conditions would be done within 10 working days.

   • While Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com will assist in selecting appropriate food options, the client assumes full responsibility for the food they choose to consume.
   • Barcelona-Y-Daytrips.com shall not be held liable for any health issues resulting from the food or drinks consumed during the tour.
   • Consumption of food or drink inside vehicles is prohibited unless permission is granted by the driver.
